We adhere to NDIS guidelines, whilst assisting your child to gain independence and social participation by working on a range of language and literacy goals. Chatterbox is also proud to be registered for the Therapeutic Supports group.
Self Managed
Self-managed clients of all ages can receive services using your NDIS funding. Our regular fee schedule applies. View Fees
Agency Managed
The NDIA manages your funds on your behalf and pays Chatterbox directly. We are a registered NDIA provider for Therapeutic Supports (children over 7 years), which means that if you have a NDIA or agency managed plan you can receive speech therapy services from us.
- Assessment / therapy: $193.99 per hour (pro-rata)
- NDIS review report: $193.99 per hour (pro-rata)
Plan Managed
If your funds are managed by an independent third party, Chatterbox is required to send invoices to the company for reimbursement.

NDIS Sessions Process
Prior to your first appointment with Chatterbox, we request you to send us a copy of your NDIS plan.
The first appointment aims to gain an understanding of your child’s current strengths and areas of need. We also typically discuss therapy goals. The generation of goals is a collaborative process.
During the second session we draw up a service agreement that outlines the number of sessions that will be provided under your NDIS funding.
